Vivian Maier, born in 1926, was a street photographer from the United States. Her approach to self-portraiture was to take photographs of her reflection in mirrors and windows, sometimes even photographing her shadow. Most of her photographs are in black in white and are taken somewhat from a low point of view, as she usually shot with her camera at chest and stomach height.
